Some draymen are still returning empty 40s to our CY, NW, which is negatively impacting "K" Line's inventory. In order to ensure that Rail-Bridge can continue to handle inbound domestic to Portland, we need your help in getting our empties back to UP Brooklyn so that "K" Line can evacuate the surplus equipment. Thank you for your assistance.
