Should a Shipper request changes to the shipping instructions, RBL will make every effort to execute those changes,
but cannot be held responsible if such changes cannot be effected.
Shippers must follow up written or faxed requests to change shipping instructions with a phone call to the RBL
designated origin office in order to ensure receipt and feasibility of said written or faxed requests. In the case
of cancelled billing, Shipper must receive e-mail confirmation from RBL confirming the cancellation of billing.
Shipper shall be responsible for any fines and/or fees levied by rail carriers that may occur as a result of the
change in the shipping instructions.
